We have worked with Lordswood over several weeks to develop a site that not only meets but exceeds both the needs of the GP’s and patients, and delivers this GP partnership right into the centre of the digital era. Our mission was to help Lordswood embark on their digital journey by introducing the implementation of a clear digitalisation strategy across each of the three practices. Firstly we carefully analysed the requirements of both the staff and patients, then we decided the first stage of this implementation process should be a new website to effectively present and access the services available from each of the practices.
As well as this we also included added functionality of video consultation integration and patient record amendment for registered users, to enhance the experience of using the website as much as possible.
